Campus to Corporate
Fresh from college, raring to get into the corporate
world, the campus recruits and fresh graduates
evince keen enthusiasm and eagerness in learning
the skills that are needed to become sound
and skilled professionals.
A week
long programme covering a range of topics in softskills,
work skills and self development comprises the
campus to corporate programme. The methodology
adopted in training ensures active participation
from the trainees. This in turn instills confidence
and cultivates communication in them. By
the end of the programme, the trainees, who were college graduates
with no knowledge of work life, had shed all
the inhibitions.
The training
sessions also provide a platform for the inductees
to interact amongst themselves and share their
experiences and thoughts. This would enable
them to commence their job as one team from
the first day of work.
