Ma Foi Academy has been conceived with the objective of increasing employability through developing skills and competencies of freshers who are geared up to launch their career.

The Academy has chosen specific areas by identifying some of the largest hirers of fresh and inexperienced candidates. The basic business model of Academy is to identify the pool of manpower looking for jobs, the type of skills they need and offer highly focussed industry oriented training programmes.

In a nutshell,  Academy’s core competencies comprise the ability and competency to identify and understand the manpower skills required by employers across industry verticals; determine the gaps between the employer needs; and existing talent pool; and then design, develop and deliver training programmes to bridge the gaps.
